At Glamon, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
• The item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
To request a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized or personalized jewelry (name bracelets, engraved items, etc.)
• Items damaged due to misuse, water damage beyond product guidelines, or wear and tear
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
Exchange Policy
If the product qualifies for return, we will offer:
• A replacement of the same item, or
• An exchange for another product of equal value
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be issued only for defective or incorrect items
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
Return Shipping
• If the issue is confirmed as our mistake, return shipping will be arranged by Glamon
• If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Warranty Information
Most Glamon men’s jewelry items include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, color fading due to misuse, or accidental damage.

• This policy complies with Sri Lankan e-commerce standards
• Customized orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after confirmation. This includes customized details, product type, color, size, and all personalization information.
